We passed the inspection and appraisal mode. Just have to take care of some minor issues and our stay here will end after almost 22 years. I'd say we are about halfway through packing. I'll try to post as I can. I'm just happy to not have to hide wet towels anymore!

Woo-hoo! Congrats on selling yer house! I know how that feels. We sold our old place (where we'd lived for 17 years) twelve years ago, but it still feels like the day before yesterday. . .
Wow, you've been busy! Congratulations. We have been in our home for just over 20 years. I can see us staying but NJ does have high taxes so we'll see how it goes...
